Terms and Conditions for Aussie Kitchen Craft

Welcome to Aussie Kitchen Craft. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and our online platform. By engaging with Aussie Kitchen Craft for design, manufacturing, installation, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Aussie Kitchen Craft specializes in custom kitchen cabinetry design, manufacturing, and installation. Our services also include flat-pack kitchen solutions, comprehensive kitchen renovations (including benchtops, splashbacks, and hardware), pantry and storage solutions, and commercial kitchen fit-outs. All services are subject to a detailed quotation and agreement.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations provided by Aussie Kitchen Craft are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period.

• A deposit, typically 50% of the total quoted price, is required to confirm an order and commence design, manufacturing, or procurement of materials. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your quotation.

• Changes to an order after confirmation may incur additional costs and may affect project timelines. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• The initial deposit is due upon order confirmation.

• Progress payments may be required for larger projects, as outlined in your specific contract or quotation.

• The final balance is due upon completion of the installation or before the dispatch of flat-pack units, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Ownership of goods remains with Aussie Kitchen Craft until full payment is received.

• Late payments may incur interest and collection fees as permitted by law.

4. Installation and Site Conditions

• For installation services, the client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible for our installers on the agreed date. This includes clearing existing furniture and ensuring services (power, water, gas) are appropriately disconnected or accessible.

• Any delays or additional work caused by an unprepared site may result in extra charges.

• While we take utmost care, minor touch-ups to paintwork or plaster may be required after installation, which are the client's responsibility.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

• Aussie Kitchen Craft provides a manufacturer's warranty on all cabinetry and hardware components, details of which will be provided with your specific product documentation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

• Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Kitchen Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services or products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or products.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and intellectual property generated by Aussie Kitchen Craft in the course of providing services remain the property of Aussie Kitchen Craft until full payment for the respective services and products has been received.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
